An Original is the one-of-a-kind artwork, hand-painted or drawn by Nubia. When you purchase an original, you will receive the sole physical piece of art. A Print (also called a limited-edition print) is a high-quality, professional reproduction of an original artwork on various surfaces you chose (Poster, Canvas, Wood or Metal).
All Original painted art pieces are signed by Nubia. Ordered Prints are directly copied from the originals. Prints are not numbered.
Original paintings are currently not for sale but we intend to make some of them available for purchase sometime the future.
All the paintings were hand painted by Nubia. The ideas for her paintings came from personal experiences, ideas and some were inspired from other artist she was exposed to.
Nubia Design uses professional-grade materials primarily acrylics archival-quality canvases. For our Prints, we provide choices for customers to use high quality paper, canvas, wood and metals for paintings. Each piece lists specific materials used.
